TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Every Applicant will have to abide by the rules, regulations, bylaws and directions regarding allotment, possession, construction & transfer of plots.
· Allottee will have to pay 10% extra amount for all corner and boulevard plots. The corner plot allottees on boulevard will have to pay 15 % in addition.
· In case of any variation in the size of plot for unavoidable reasons the cost will be worked out on the basis of the actual size of the plot.
· In case of delay a late fee @ Rs.5/day for 5 marla, Rs.7/day for 7 marla, Rs.10/day for 10 marla, Rs.12/day for 12 marla, Rs.20/day for 1Kanal, Rs.30/day for 1.5Kanal plot will be charged. The provisional allotment will be cancelled in case of failure to pay three consective monthly installments.
· In case of any cancellation of plot due to any reason, the Ahbab Property Consultants Peshawar will have the final authority to sell the plot to any other person and the former allottee will have no right to claim over the plot.
· In case of refund requested by any applicant no profit, or markup will be paid, rather 20% of the paid amount will be deducted as service charges. No refund claim will be entertained for initial six months.
· All transfers of plots will be processed at the office of the company after fulfilling legal requirements and payment of all dues.
· Copy of NIC and three recent photographs shall be attached with the application.
